two day of competition finally ends...which means i haven studied for exam tis coming wk...
sat got 3 matches.
1st match with one uni guy, very strong...main general of the sch team... while playing with him, his frenz all make fun of him by using hp camera take pics of him when he concentrating, can hear the camera sounds too...keep on saying "wah, look at the handsome playing!" diao...as if helping me to distract him. after game, i reviewed with uncle...he commented some of the errors i stupidly made. like go attack him b4 preparing...
2nd match vs NYP junior...the opening looks gd to me n the rest, but duno y mid way i suddenly lose out n throw away pics. ppl one look can 0so know i dying...but i ENDURED...for the money of cos...haha, recently poor le...then miracle happens...i managed to make a painful exchange using one car for his cannon n horse...then from there manage to equalize material balance by killing his horse...left one car, horse n cannon vs his two cars...close one, i quickly sweep his soldiers...like tat confirm no lose...then from there broke his defense n FINALLY won...almost wana cry, tot of giving half midway...
3rd match vs NTU...very strong, but from two matches juz now, blood burning le, so played very steady, won little by one soldier...then slowly catches up with tempo, left little time nia...almost wanna draw halfway cos afraid of time drop...but perservance again...
sun played 4 matches...
4th one played with ben, already make pact liao to draw...then half-way anyhow exchange almost die...haha
5th one played with jingsheng, in order for one to go up, we make a N0-draw agreement...haha, beginning i played well, at least he cannot enter...but left one path nv defend closely, didnt look closely n my car gone...sianz half, but still got some attack shape...didnt work out properly...so die lor...
6th one played with NYP very familiar opponent...know each other well, front part nv think deeply...cannon being killed...but he 0so miss out one part n i regained my lost piece, then exchange one more pieces very hard to win le, so ask for draw...hmmm...from lose to draw no bad liao...
7th one played with NTU, jingsheng fren, nv think tat he very strong, beginning actually wanna make some slight advantage to ask for draw deal...but me while attacking him, he apparently ran away from my attack...but god knows he actually hide a knife in return...i saw tat n make some defense but too late le, he was the kinda of strong player tat once bite u n nv release...i wanna to neutralise his attacks but to no avail...die immediately, think is oni mid game..
overall result: 3/7 failed...
nv think tat i could get into top 15...was playing down there with seniors when they giving out prize...then suddenly called my name...so shocked...tai go got 14th...think is becos my opponent pts quite high...n there aren't alot of ppl participating so high chances lor...heng one, my skill still sux...it was oni when jingsheng said tat i realise this is my first individual trophy...
went bugis eat steamboat...then coach was telling us abt the darkness of xz...nv tot a place for playing chess got so much darkness...plus some funny stuffs abt some old senior player...laugh like siao...then i little exp of eat steamboat...cos beginning no one took veggie...so i go help take some, took mushroom, broccolli n cauliflower...in d end they oni eat others veggie...no one like...they said go put back...so sia suay...
haha, overall, thks everyone, at least now i got better performance during competition, last time damn nervous cannot play well...
